Physical Description

Verha’s appearance is fairly unusual for an Altmer as she sports pale skin and white hair. Her family line claims ties to the Ancient Falmer, or Snow Elves, though the truth of these claims are disputed and hard to prove. She has yellow eyes and straight teeth, with fairly large ears. Her hair is long, and she usually sports a Dominion soldier’s braided style. Occasionally she will wear a more casual updo, but only when she feels there is no chance of fighting. She’s quite tall as are most Altmer, and she has a sturdy, lean build. Her attire can range anywhere from skirts and dresses to full plate or dark leathers depending on the situation. She sports a series of red tattoos up both arms, across her upper back, and lower legs that appear daedric in design.


Personality

Verha is hard headed, haughty, stand-offish, and sometimes outright rude. She takes little consideration into what others think of her, as her mind is usually too focused on her duties to the Dominion and her work. Those who get through the hard exterior will find a woman with a kind, well meaning heart that takes great pride in her heritage and who is incredibly dedicated to the Dominion. Originally from Summerset, Verha graduated from the mages college and takes great pride in her abilities and knowledge. Verha has a passion for exploration and discovery, allotting much of her time to dungeon and cave delving. She relishes a good fight, often going out of her way to kill daedra and other hostiles. She fears heights and doesn’t particularly enjoy ocean voyages, and she absolutely despises creatures with “too many gods-damned legs.” She’s an avid trader, and loves spending well earned coin on extravagant purchases.


Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?

Upon hearing of the wars start from her home in Summerset, Verha set out for Auridon and eventually Tamriel to join Queen Ayrenn’s army. She served for some time on the battlefields but has since taken a position as a supplier for the military, salvaging armor, weapons, and other materials and distributing them across the Dominion territories as needed.


Background

Verha was born on Summerset to a loving, yet strict family. Her parents sent all of their children to colleges of some kind, being well off merchants. Their home on Summerset is large and lavish, with all the amenities the family could desire. Surprisingly for a family of Altmer, Verha actually has several siblings, and is on the younger end of the line, with only one sister younger than herself. Because of this, she had no major responsibilities to inherit and was allowed more freedom than some of her elder siblings. When news of the war reached their home, Verha took the chance to expand her own horizons and set out for the mainland. Landing first on Auridon’s shores, she signed herself up for the army as a sorceress and went through a good deal of training before being shipped to the mainland of Tamriel. There she began her life as a soldier in the Queen’s army, fighting many battles along the way. Eventually, she was offered a position as a supplier due to her background as a merchant’s daughter. She regained a great deal of freedom and took advantage of it, exploring not only the expanses of he Dominion, but that of the famed Gold Coast and several other territories outside the Dominion’s control. She currently owns a home in Rawl’kha, her main base of operations as a supplier due to its closeness to the front lines making it a funnel for the rest of the Dominion.
