I've been asked for some tutorials on making character sheets super pretty, so I figured I'd leave a couple templates and tips here. First of all, this is a guide rather than a be all end all for character sheets, and it’s better used as a way to learn BBcode in general. This should be changed as needed, and you should make your character sheet your own. Find what works for you, and make it happen.
I made most header images I make with gimp and use free fonts from 1001 Free Fonts. All my images were free images from google, art, or screenshots. I used the “Labeled for Noncommercial reuse with modification” setting on in the google image search tools to find free images to use without licensing issues. Good sources for free borders for images can be found at Pixabay. You could also make your own if you are artistically inclined.
Most artists more or less sell you the rights to use their art in personal works when you commission them, but it’s always nice to check. Be good to your artists, and don’t take art from people without crediting them. Some artists will allow you to use their art for personal work. You can normally tell by the notes they leave in the description of the image.
When making your images, make sure to save them as .PNGs so you get the transparency you want, and make sure you set the background to alpha in gimp/photoshop before you save them. If you are having trouble figuring out how, check out this tutorial.
If you’re looking for Enjin supported fonts there is a list here
I use imgur to host my images. Mostly because it’s free and easy to use. Don’t use photobucket unless you like broken links and monthly charges. If you use imgur, be sure to use the url for the image itself rather than the webpage it's hosted on. Your image code should look like this;

Morality: Wraesha cares about people, and is generally a friendly person, but when it comes down to the wire, Wraesha is a coward, and a snake. She will rarely put herself in direct danger to help others, and will sacrifice her morals for personal gain. She has very strong anti-authoritarian beliefs, and is outspoken about the merits of individualism, distrusting guards, mages, soldiers, politicians, and anyone else she believes holds more power than her.
Wraesha assigns blame in her own best interest. She’s quick to make judgment, and even quicker to speak to them. Her sarcasm can get her into trouble at times. She doesn’t really know when to bite her tongue. Wraesha is prone to mood swings, and can get very nasty when she’s angry. She is outspoken, but will often her close thoughts and insecurities behind jokes. Despite her perceived confidence, Wraesha is paralyzed by her anxiety. She’s very self aware of her flaws, and dwells on her thoughts and actions far more than is healthy. She used to self medicate with skooma, though that didn’t work out too well for her.
Likes: Wraesha appreciates good humor. She has an unhealthy relationship with moonsugar, and it’s narcotic derivative, and at one point, considered herself a connoisseur of both. She likes sweet things, especially enjoys sweet rolls and rum. Wraesha loves the sun, and though she may complain about travelling, she loves to move, see new things, and meet new people.
Dislikes: Wraesha’s distrust of authority has always been apparent. She’s very critical of soldiers, guards, and officials, and isn’t afraid to say it. She’s never liked magic, even if she can recognize that it can be helpful at times. Destruction magic, and soul trapping magics are particularly offensive to her. Because of past experiences, and her fear of magic she’s particularly outspoken against Telvanni mages, and will tense up should one even be in the room with her.
Fears: Wraesha fears being worthless. She fears becoming someone’s burden, which is part of the reason she is so independent, and why she makes so many jokes. On a more primal level, Wraesha fears death, and is very careful not to knowingly put herself in dangerous situations. She also has an inherent distrust of magic users. To her, magic should always ever be practical, and used in day to day events. To use magic aggressively is not right to her. Keeping in line with her fear of magic, and the unknown, Wraesha is perhaps rightly intolerant of vampires and werewolves, considering them sad cursed creatures at best, and terrible monsters at worst.

She carves mostly as a distraction, but she has sold toys, and done work for commission before. Le’Elrh: Wraesha’s mother, a lifelong farmer of millet, cattle, and occasionally moonsugar. Her father owned the family farm before her, and his mother before him. Le’Elrh was the third generation owner of a plot of land, that had changed very little from when it was settled. The land was scarce, and growing food was hard. The family relied more on their livestock than they did their crops. They rarely overproduced. Le’Elrh was a kind mother for the most part, though she kept her house disciplined. She knew that without constant work, the family would starve. Le’Elrh was perhaps the most religious of the family, the only times she left the farm were on short pilgrimages to Rawl’ka, though even those were brief, and never truly served as a vacation.
J’Mohar: Wraesha’s father was a poor craftsman who struggled to find work in rural Elsweyr. He met Le’Elrh when the both of them were young, and married into the farming life. He was a proud working class Khajiit, though he was often strict, and heavy handed with his family. He loved his children more than anything, but he rarely said so. He taught Wraesha much of what she knows today. When Wraesha was thirteen he gifted her a set of carving tools. They’ve been broken and repaired many times since, but they are still personally significant to Wraesha.
Et’hara: Wraesha’s older Alfiq sister. Et’hara is a year older than Wraesha. They grew up side by side, and developed a very close relationship. Because Et’hara is alfiq she fills a very different niche on the farm. Wraesha always confided in Et’hara. Partly because Et’hara couldn’t speak and thus kept very good secrets, but mostly because they had a close sisterly bond.
Kyrn: Wraesha’s younger brother, now 20, he works as an independent trader in a caravan in High Rock. Kyrn was less of a troublemaker than Wraesha was, but he still caused his fair share of problems. Out of all her siblings, Wraesha had the most antagonistic relationship with Kyrn. When he was young, she used to bully him, but after puberty, he ended up much larger than Wraesha and there was a brief role reversal. Now that they’re both adults, they’ve got a new found trust for each other. Kyrn left the farm just a few years after Wraesha to follow in her footsteps. He’s been doing better than her.
Wyk (deceased): Wraesha’s younger brother. He died at age 10 during a roofing project on the farm. He would have turned 19 this year. Wyk was the strange child of the family. He was the one most likely to be found playing in the mud alone. His death shook the family to it’s core. Even nearly a decade later, there’s still an empty seat at the family table.
Sajiit Wraesha’s youngest brother. He’s a scrawny 17 year old, who hasn’t quite figured out his place in life. He was a quiet kid growing up, and caused very little trouble. Which was a relief for Le’Elrh and J’Mohar, because after Wraesha and Kyrn, they couldn’t handle another troublemaker. Sajiit observes more than he lets on. He plans to remain on the farm for most of his life.
Jhmüd: Wraesha’s uncle has lived on farm almost as long as Le’Elrh has. He is three years younger than his sister, and maintains a close relationship with her, despite harboring a slight resentment for not inheriting the farm. He’d as much a part of Wraesha’s immediate family as anyone else is.

Dro’athis (deceased): Wraesha’s grandfather, and Le’Elrh’s father. Wraesha didn’t know Dro’athis very well. He died when she was an infant, though some of her earliest memories are of him sharing moonsugar with her.
