Lean and muscular, Kipal isn't the largest Redguard. He is dressed in leather and chains except for his prized pauldron that he won off a bet. He's still hunting for the second piece of the one piece set.

Personality
Kipal is confident in his abilities, and carries himself as such. His years in battle have muted his reckless nature but not his bluntness. He tries to avoid attention, but Ceca always convinces him to “mingle” with others which she sometimes regrets. When not advancing himself in the martial arts of blade and bow, Kipal does try to slow down and relax, but is quick to snap if someone interrupts his relaxation. He has an appreciation for fine woodworking and often slinks away from his party to marvel at particular displays of mastery. Nevertheless, he is devoted to his charge and while he trusts in his comrades to be able to hold their own, he does not hesitate to perform his duty as a bodyguard when the need arises.

Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
Following the start of the war, the Verrus family fled Cyrodiil to one of their properties in the Dominion. Friend and bodyguard to Ceca Verrus for most of his life, he followed the family.
Background
Kipal has survived many misadventures and trials through his years, of his own fault or otherwise. Reckless at a young age, his parents, Jonn and Anise, sought to discipline him by imparting upon Kipal the skills of seasoned mercenaries. From Jonn, he learned how to be quick with a blade, while Anise instructed him on how to hunt and kill his mark from a distance. Under their tutelage, Kipal quickly became a prominent member of their mercenary group the Warswords who were in constant employment by the Verrus family. Never squeamish in the face of danger, Kipal had more than his fair share of near-death experiences that have left him scarred to the point that his parents thought it best for him to settle down, at least for a bit, and reassigned him as a bodyguard to his dear friend Ceca and her new husband, Vypra Alkyrios. This seemingly benign assignment proved the most harrowing, first with the advent of the war, and second with the mischief that the trio often blundered into.
