Physical Description
He is a tall thin, but not too thin, Altmer. His skin is a lighter tan color. He keeps is hair in different styles ranging from Long dreads, to a short haircut. His hands and feet are rather big for his thin frame. Notice how his clothes are sometimes dirty or damaged. He spends most of his day help farmers out for quick cash. He keeps clean though but prefers ratty but comfortable clothes. He cares no for outward appearances but will keep himself proper before superiors or leaders. He has brown hair, and at the moment is wearing a short cut and a partial beard.
Personality
He is an introvert and extrovert. He sometimes is shy and takes time to open up to new people. Though once comfortable he will talk your ear off. He often spars with his friends, as he wants to be a warrior but is too worried that he won't make the cut.
Likes: He loves reading. He often reads history and stories of yore. He loves playing sports with his friends, which includes the sparring. His fantasies are of joining the guards or the military. For some reason, he loves the outdoors and prefers hard manual work rather than book work, or 'desk jobs' as he would call it.
Dislikes: He gets disappointed sometimes when other non-leader Altmer act superior to others, even to him. He hates the bragging and hates the arrogance. He also has never had an alcoholic drink and never bothers with places where drunkards go.
Stengths: He hasn't the will to really learn other languages, but would be willing to. Being an Altmer of manual labor, he relies on his physical strength to brute force his way through objects. He is a quick learner and is very obedient to the laws of the Dominion.
Weaknesses: Only can speak Tamrielic and Aldmeris. He is often in ragged clothes that are lose on his person. And he sometimes is very messy in appearance. He is not charming and is rather quiet sometimes. He really only gets along with common folk, not anyone of a higher position (I.E. Scholars, Mages...). He is college-educated, but only uses his knowledge for studies of histories and for helping farmers.
Why is he here? What is his background?
Simple. He was born there. His family started on theSommerset Isles. But moved to Tamriel proper where at which point he was born. His parents are both college-educated. With his dad being a professional crafter, both blacksmithing and otherwise. And his mother being a mage apprentice in the Mage's Guild. Both of his parents look down upon him and kicked him out at a young age. He still talks with them, but they have a rocky relationship. His education was primarily involved the study of History, legends, and flora. He finished College with an average score. Right now he lives out near a farming community. And he continues to use his education to help farmers improve their yields. And he uses his education to study flora in the area he lives in.
