Looks good so far, but it is missing some pieces, Why your character is in the Dominion, and a background section. Once you've got those bits I'll be happy to approve your CS!

Hymnariki is in the Dominion because the races of Mer are far older than the races of Men, and might posses elder knowledge and insight into Magicka that she so craves. She wishes very much to understand the ebb and flow of the magical weave that binds the planes together, and how it distinguishes light from dark.

Background:
Hymnariki was originally born as Knellith, in a volcanic region far away. Her Breton father, Marcus Colette, was a templar of the Golden Wyrm and a sworn peacekeeper of the realm. His downfall, and the beginning of Hymnariki's story, is that he fell in love with a beautiful Altmer woman with hair of fire and eyes like rubies. Only after concieving a child with this woman did her true nature reveal itself to him in a terrible way indeed. The woman he loved was a dragon of fire, and a creature of darkness. She imprisoned him, and for six years he watched the child of this union grow. Little Knellith adored visiting him in his prison, never knowing or able to be told that the man in the cage was her father.

One day, her mother killed him. Knellith and her mother had a terrible fight over the death of the man, as he was helpless and Knellith could not and would not understand her mother's reasons. Afterward, wracked with despair and anger she wasn't watching where she was walking, and fell into a crevasse. Knellith emerged nearly a day later to find her mother, and two brothers dead. Slain by an assailant that remained a mystery to her for most of her life that followed.

That assailant, and her maternal grandfather, was the Daedra "Whisper". Through his blood she inherited daedric magic, and the ability to manipulate fire. Try as she might to use this power for good, and prove herself worthy to the world at large that shunned her as an abomination, the results were always disastrous. The dark energy flowing thorugh her could not and would not be controlled, and drove her down a dark path indeed.

Knellith eventually made friends, and allies, who were more patient and understanding of her unique heritage and sought to help her to control it. With her new allies, she confronted Whisper with the intention of destroying him and his evil influence upon Tamriel. Whisper laughed at her and took control of the dark energy flowing through her, turning it against her new friends. When all appeared to be lost, Knellith dug deep, trying to find some reserve of magic that she could use against the powerful Daedra. What she found was light, the light passed on by Marcus Colette.

All at once, she took hold of that small glimmer and converted every ounce of her own dark curse into pure light. All of her power, all of her darkness, all of her fire and indeed... her very life force. Whisper was destroyed, and before collapsing she bound him so that he might never again return from Oblivion.

Meridia witnessed this, as Daedra often do, and came to Knellith as she lay upon the cold earth slowly breathing her last. She approved of what had been done, and the sacrifice that the woman was willing to make to ensure the defeat of darkness. A bargain was struck, Knellith would live again but would spend the rest of her new life fighting back the dark forces of Tamriel. Her mission, to find those that have fallen into shadow to help them to find Meridia's light, and salvation.

Meridia, Daedric prince of Light, bane of all shadow gave Knellith a new name. "Hymnariki."

This is the dramatically simplified and altered (to be somewhat lore friendly) history of the main character from the novel I am writing, I hope that it meets with your approval.

Hey, Hym! I want to give you a few pointers just because I happened to stumble on your character sheet in the forums. Roster usually does this instead of me, but I figured I'd pitch in and help this time around.

So, your character sheet looks creative, and it's definitely an interesting concept, but one thing I'd like to note is that at Blue Skooma, we tend to stick to normal, conventional, everyday characters. Now, that doesn't mean that they have to be boring, as you can make some pretty interesting stories from everyday characters. (Frankly, in my opinion, playing a from-scratch character is fun in its own right.) It's worth noting that dragons in lore haven't existed for thousands of years as of the Second Era (2E586), and dragons aren't exactly known for shapeshifting, nor are they really capable of it.

Now, I really don't want to absolutely demolish your character's background because its your own head canon, so there are two options here that I think will work the best. You could either do some mass retcons of your character for the story purposes of the guild (I don't recommend it if you're bound to your character's story), or you could start a different character from scratch and RP with us for a few weeks, and see how you like playing a character like that. I wouldn't want you to tear your character's story apart just for the guild, though. So, with that said, there are a few options to choose from if you want to go the "new character" route.

Firstly, get in touch with some of the other members! Discord is the best way to do this, because it's particularly difficult to communicate over Enjin. In-game is also viable. Ask for suggestions, or contact one of the officers. We'd be more than happy to help you along in creating a new character. Or, if you'd rather make some changes to your current character sheet, that's fine too!

If you need any assistance or have any other questions, you can contact me @Vulano#0001 on the Discord, or just respond here. I would be more than happy to answer them. Thank you!

Hm, yeah I can see your point. While in my story Dragons have very standard fantasy element abilities like polymorphing and speech those elements are restricted in the lore of TES. I have a few questions though, for example how often do we actually meet in game? And when would I recieve an invite to the in-game guild?

Say that I would roll another character, so to speak, one that fits the TES worldview and the "regular people" criterion that you prefer for blue skooma, how would that work? Another character sheet and then wait for a guild invite?

Sorry if this seems like a lot, I was stoked to play one of my own characters but you are right, when roleplaying one should be as lore friendly as possible. <3

Yes if you wanted to roll out a different character, we would need a new CS since that new character would be your main.
