Association to Dominion: While he was born a citizen of the Daggerfall Covenant, his race makes it easy for him to blend in as a civilian of the Aldmeri dominion and is almost never asked to confirm his allegiance. As for his reason to be here, his family has business (albeit illegal) in all three factions of the most recent, and rather lucrative, war.
Background: Kronal'din Sugarpaw is the eldest of five siblings and currently the next in line to inherit the proverbial throne of his families legacy. Anyone and everyone who deals in the underground transportation or trade of "Skooma" knows the name Sugarpaw. In the light of day the Sugarpaw family is the most successful Sugarcane supplier in the Aldmeri Dominion, Operating out of their plantation in Reapers March, and they care not to whom they sell. However, to those who know better they are secretly the most prominent supplier of moon sugar for the making and selling of Skooma. They have nearly monopolized the production and movement of Moon Sugar all together through hostile takeovers of competing families as well as plainly running others out of business.
