Physical Description:
The altmer before you stands just at 6'5 feet tall, with piercing blue eyes. That would be the first notable feature. The other would be the slightly messy brownish-gray hair riddled with blue pieces thorughout. His body would be average, not too lean or too muscular and he’d stand with a look of curiosity. His armor was of sea elf descent however he had changed it enough that it wasn't too obvious. The colors of the armor were dark gray and blue for the most part, hints of black and white however weren't as clear. He chooses not to use a staff, but does wear enchanted gloves. These gloves allow him to be more precise with his stormcalling magic.
Personality:
Despite the notorious reputation of Altmer being unfriendly to those not of high elf descent, he preferred to be friendly with those that were friendly to him. In fact, he often despises other races for looking down on others regardless of their origin on Tamriel. His friendliness is often utilized through jokes that can sometimes be sarcastic and get him in trouble. He likes to make things fun or attempt to lighten moods when he can because he doesn't want people to take him too seriously. Outside of that he tends to be fiercely defensive of people he likes or considers friends. Often he'll put himself in between his friends and danger. This equates to him being bravely stupid.
Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
He is of Altmer descent so this is where he feels the most comfortable because he is often surrounded by allies.
Background:
Seiverin grew up in Auridon, spending most of his time in the southern region near Vulkhel Guard. At some point, he is unsure of what age, when he was younger he was captured by Maormer and raised within their ranks. An oddity among the sea elves, but he was able to learn the tricks of storm calling. Through years of suffering and being treated unequally among the Sea Vipers he decided to escape. It took him four years to plan but he finally got away. He was almost captured back home in Vulkhel Guard and fled north to Valenwood. Although he recently has taken it upon himself to travel more, he’s recently made his way to Grahtwood for interest in seeing Elden Root. He is not necessarily religious but he does revere Magnus over others as he believes the gift of magic is greater than any other given to inhabitants of Tamriel.
