Race: Imperial
Affliction: None
Gender: Female
Age: 36

Physical Description:

Background:
Vittoria Gratus was born and raised in Skingrad. As a child she was an intelligent and somewhat shy girl who spent a lot of her time helping her father with his store and reading as many adventure books as she could find. As she grew older, she became interested in sword fighting and, having read some books about how the empire used to be before it's decline, she decided she would join the imperial legion as soon as she became of age.

She made it through training without much of a problem though her size made things a little difficult for her. Once she was out of training, her unit was assigned to patrol the border with Valenwood near her hometown of Skingrad. She worked her way up a few ranks through this posting, even seeing minor combat a few times. Her first real test in combat was when the Colovian Revolt happened. Her unit, along with many others from the region, were ordered to storm the imperial city and overthrow Emperor Leovic after he legalized daedra worship. While she agreed with their reasoning, she later felt she was in over her head but had no choice in the matter.

The war turned her into an almost entirely different person than she was before, gone was the shy, adventurous girl and in came a battle worn woman. Once it was over and a new emperor sat on the throne, things went back to normal for a short time and she was transferred to a heavy infantry unit, where she stayed until her desertion.

Why is she in Dominion territory:
Vittoria had been ordered to retreat along with her legion after the dark anchors dropped on the Imperial City. She was lead to Bravil by her Captain Jena Apinia where they, after a dispute over food, massacred most of the town. Her Captain had to go into hiding after that decision so her legion was sent back up to the Imperial City to rejoin the fight. It was here where Vittoria spent the majority of the war, in the front lines, fighting the alliances and daedra alike until some of her close friends started talking about desertion, seeing as plenty of other legionaries had already deserted.

Her rank as a Centurion made it relatively easy for her and the other deserters to get out of the city without having too much trouble from what was left of the Legion. Once clear of the city, all the deserters split up and went their separate ways. Vittoria wanted to check up on her hometown, though she managed to find little in the way of anything there, except for rumors that her parents had left for nearby Grahtwood. She decided to go look for them, stopping only to sleep and eating what she could gather or buy along the way.

Unfortunately, Vittoria's quest wasn't very successful, with Grahtwood proving too big for her to find anyone in, leading to her eventually giving up and instead trying to find work as a sell-sword wherever she could. Eventually, however, the life in Grahtwood proved too strange for her taste so she made her way to Auridon, where she heard life was better.

Name: Allyria Fairwen
Titles: Thalmor Agent
Race: Altmer
Gender: Female
Affliction: None
Hometown: Sunhold, Summerset
Languages Spoken: Tamrielic, Altmeris, Bosmeris, some Ta'agra

Physical Description:
image no longer hosted — https://i.imgur.com/IMMnPHx.png[/img]

Background:
Allyria was born into a wealthy family of Altmer merchants who own a business shipping goods into the Summerset Isles. She was the youngest out of three children and as such was fairly spoiled as she was growing up, getting private tutors, expensive clothing, fine jewelry, and anything else she wanted. It didn't mean much to her though, as what interested her was simply reading and studying magic. This led to her becoming a mostly self taught mage by the time she was a young adult, specializing in the school of destruction.

Over time she grew increasingly tired of her family's lifestyle and over protectiveness as it started to get in the way of her studies, this lead to her deciding to join the Thalmor in the hopes they would recognize her talent and give her an exciting job away from home. Unfortunately, people like her were commonplace in the Thalmor and she was instead assigned to be the logistics agent for Dominion ships at war for a few years until she was sent to Velyn Harbor where she spent some time working in the Thalmor office and was eventually promoted then sent to Grahtwood.

Why is she in Valenwood:
When Allyria arrived in the town of Haven in Grahtwood she was given a horse and was told her assignment, she was to be the Northern Grahtwood District's Thalmor Representative of Civil Concerns as well as an assistant to the bureaucrat Daeronil with his research across Valenwood.

Allyria has since been reassigned back to Auridon, where she now works as an agent for the Thalmor Bureau of Inspections & Civil Concerns.

(Re-posting Amari-la's character sheet here for ease of access)
Character Name: Amari-la
Race: Suthay-raht Khajiit
Age: 27
Gender: Female
Affliction: None
Birthplace: Rimmen, Elsweyr

Physical Description:
image no longer hosted — https://i.imgur.com/nOKlu1T.png[/img]

Background:
Amari was born to a Pahmar-raht mother and father, two guards for the town of Rimmen. Her childhood was modest and pretty uneventful until 2E 572, when Amari was twelve, and the region was engulfed in conflict between the Khajiit and the remnants of the Second Empire who controlled Rimmen at the time; leading to the death of Amari's parents whom both fought in the conflict. Seeing as she was now alone and without an extended family she knew, Amari was forced to grow up quicker than most children, selling what little property her parents owned and keeping only a few essentials on her, enough to get her through the next few weeks while she looked for a job.

She was unsuccessful in her search for a while, finding no jobs willing to hire a child as scrawny as she was, even when she lied about her age. As her money began to run out, she became desperate, resorting to thieving. The young Suthay-raht was of course, a natural at it. She wouldn't live on the street for too long, however, as when she was 14 she finally managed to get a real job as a deckhand aboard a ship, which she was told was just a merchant ship but was in fact a smuggler vessel trading skooma.

Unaware of what she was getting into, Amari left for the coast without any hesitation, making her way down to Senchal, which she was unaware had turned into one of the biggest slums in Elsweyr due to the plague. Upon arriving there, Amari instantly felt discouraged by the terrible state of the town but she was uplifted when her captain told her they wouldn't be staying there for long. Amari was put to work right away, helping keep the ship clean, loading shipments, cooking, and practically any other kind of menial labour they could throw at her.

She would spend the next 6 years of her life working aboard that ship, picking up several new interests, like destruction magic and sword fighting, until one night just off of the coast of Southern Elsweyr their ship was attacked and boarded by pirates who slaughtered most of the crew except for a few who chose to jump overboard and be labeled cowards. Along with the others who jumped off, Amari held on to floating pieces of wreckage and swam until she was on the shore. From there, Amari made her way to the nearest town and started over again, finding another ship that would hire her.

Why is your character in Dominion territory:
About six years after the wreckage of her original captain's ship, Amari had gone further inland for the first time since she was a child, deciding to travel around Elsweyr taking whatever jobs she could get as a sellsword or, more often than not, a simple laborer while she pursued a better place to further her interest in magic. It was by chance that Amari came upon the Grahtwood town of Cormount, just across the border from Western Elsweyr. She would spend a long while there, becoming acquainted with the townsfolk and the mages guild chapter there, which she had joined.

When circumstances forced the majority of the townsfolk to leave without warning, Amari decided she would head to Auridon where she was told they fled to. Amari then left for the coast once more, finding herself a job on an Altmer merchant ship bound for Skywatch.

Name: Annissa Silverstorm
Race: Altmer
Gender: Female
Affliction: None
Hometown: Alinor, Summerset
Languages Spoken: Altmeris, Tamrielic, and Ta'agra.

Physical Description:
image no longer hosted — https://i.imgur.com/BH5jySm.png[/img]

Background: Annissa grew up to a single mother who was one of the many servants within a Noble's manor in Summerset, as such, she was always around luxury yet never really had any for herself. This, coupled with everyone looking down on her while she was growing up, gave her a distaste for the established social structure within Summerset, but more specifically, toward the Lord of the manor, who treated her and all his other servants like dirt.

It wasn't until she was older that she would start to resist their abuse and start fighting back. Unfortunately for her, she was made angry enough by the Lord's son one night during a hunt she was squiring for that she lashed out and used one of the destruction spells she had been practicing on him to the point of hurting him badly. Of course, his guards stopped her and had her locked up in one of the animal cages until they got back to Summerset, at which point he had her tried and declared Apraxic.

Upon the end of her trial, she was thrown onto a ship and sent to Grahtwood where she would find work with the Bosmer, first as the assistant to a fur trader, then later with less reputable people on a smuggler ship as an archer and deckhand. It would be through this job that she eventually found her way back to the Summerset Isles, though this time into Auridon since she wouldn't be hunted down there.
