《 ⅰ. 》 Observer Perception - On first meeting, Mera typically fails to stand out from other Dunmer, and is met with the same prejudice and hatred as the rest of her race. She can come off as weak and unintimidating. However, with her past experiences within Morrowind, none can deny that she is far more dangerous than she seems. Despite being fairly sociable, most strangers continue to see her as nothing more than a fiendish Dunmer which isn’t helped by her tendency to use power and influence for her own selfish gain.
《 ⅱ. 》 Self Evaluation - Ever since her youth, Mera has been curious and interested in seeing more of the world beyond Morrowind. She enjoys travelling and loves experiencing a genuine sense of wonder. She has a slightly addictive personality and normally fails to pace herself - refusing to hold back in most situations like drinking, or even taking drugs. When it comes to her true personality, Mera is head-strong and confident to such a degree she can sometimes act presumptuous and egotistical.
《 ⅲ. 》 Relationship Handling - Mera acts like a completely different individual when talking to her family and friends. She drops her egotistical attitude and makes a conscious effort to try act more pleasantly overall. She regularly relies upon her companions for moral support, and struggles at dealing with things entirely on her own. She frequently gets into trouble. Without her friends there to help her out, she can quickly become overwhelmed. On the off chance that strangers are decent to her, she'll feel inclined to return the favor.

- During her early teens, a foundation of basic and practical skills were taught to her. This marked her start to a sort of survivalist education.
[/*] - She took great pleasure in living on Morrowind, not caring to leave her home in the span of nearly twenty years. However, that changed and she seeked out for more.
