Physical Description: Ma'rijjan is a tiny female Khajiit. She has white and gray fur with black spots. Her hair is long, white and is often pulled into a functional ponytail. She has large, bright green eyes. She stands almost 5'1" and weighs around 100lbs. Her voice is soft. Her teeth are pointed. She has claws. All the normal things. She is quick on her feet, and often times near silent if not silent. She has a knack for blending in and sneaking out of crowded rooms without being noticed. While she often dresses in ragged, or well worn clothing, she is not actually poor. Her physical appearance is usually just a decoy so most will take pity on her or leave her alone suspecting she has nothing. She carries a bow and knows how to trap small animals that she often eats when on the road.
Personality: She's a flighty girl, and something of a coward. She'd rather take flight than fight, over anything. She does however love to laugh, and if you can get past her sketchiness, she can be friendly. She's very observant and listens all the time. She is smart, and overall good, even if she lacks the courage of her convictions. She is a traveling character working as a courier for messages too important to be sent by bird or other means.
Likes: She likes sweets - of course - and kindness. She believes there is far too little of it in the world.
Dislikes: She is not fond of Dunmer. The slavers who took her mother, and brother, and killed her father while she hid (and survived) were dark elves. She in general does not like crowds. She doesn't care for Hippocrates or in general meanness.
Strengths: She excels at blending in. She looks and acts like a normal commoner, not anyone carrying something of special interest or great value. She listens well and has a good heart.
Weaknesses: Anything physical other than running and slinking/hiding. She is not a strong character by any means. She also doesn't have a real trade. Nor is she proficient with any weapons currently other than her bow, which she uses meagerly. As stated above she will flee from a fight or try to avoid it in the first place.
Background: She is from a small village in Elsweyr. Her father had a glass making shop and her mother was a cook. They were neither poor nor wealthy but were able to sustain a living. She doesn't often stay long in one place now that her life has been turned upside down with the murder of her father and enslavement of her family. Her original position as courier was created when a mage from the guild, stopped and asked her to run a message. She did, and now finds herself often in the employ of the mages guild, and through that introduction connected to other (smaller) political entities.
