Race: Suthay-raht Khajiit
Age: 19 (Sun's Height 20)
Sex: Female
Affliction: None currently
Orientation/Marital Status: Bi / Single
Physical Description: Standing at an average height of around 5'8 and an average weight of of 140 pounds. A dark, black fur covers her body. The intersection of her muzzle spots a lighter, grey color. This helps her blend in with the shadows quite easily. The only thing that might be discernible in the shadows is her bright yellow-green eyes. Her claws are always seen sharpened, whether as a fashion choice or otherwise is to be said. In most situations she is seen in some sort of long fitting coat dyed to a darker shade. Otherwise she might be seen in some sort of thieves armor, although that would probably be prefaced with your death. She occasionally tries the robe for better concentration of her magic studies, but they aren't so comfortable in her fur. She commonly wears a golden amulet around her neck, a reminder of her passion of magic as well as first thing she ever stole.

Personality: Sporting the conflicting, shifty personality that many Khajiit have. You'll find that she puts her interests in this order: Herself, others, then whatever else comes. She is idealistic in the public spirit, believing in a unified world. Although she also knows that it isn't an easy task to accomplish, not afraid of killing or trickery to get there "in the end." Despite her feeling such she will always put herself first above all else if the need arises. Talking with her is interesting, to say the least. Depending on her mood will change how open she is to conversation. Nez is someone who is quick to the joke, or sarcasm. Sometimes finding silence as the best weapon. Her mannerisms tend to be on the feminine side, with a speaking style that contradicts, most likely intentional.
Her love of learning is unbound, with the urge to record and save all the details of her travels. The rush of stealing and spying still thrills her. The Khajiit also enjoys indulging in the luxuries, especially in things she would not normally afford (Stealing and fencing being her favorite past time). Clothing herself in wear much higher class than her actual status. She finds much enjoyment in her appearance, from the style of her fur, the sharpness of her claws, and the jewelry and piercings she sports.
Despite her silver tongue, she actually hates interactions. Perhaps her own fault, not taking much trust in the people she touches base with. The woman commonly using sarcasm as a filler for many awkward discontinuances. While she understands the use of being fake, she prefers the frankness of it. People who pretend to be truthful, no matter how good they're at it, truly annoy her. She also takes quite a disliking to Skooma, hating that her family sold it upon learning of its true use.
The khajiit is quite skilled in stealth, speech, as well as the tricks she picked up from magic, real or otherwise. A strong will with an urge to learn. A faithful companion to the people who find her fighting alongside them.
Her weaknesses lie within her strengths. Her idealistic point of view constantly contracts with her distrust in many of the people she comes in contact with. This leads to weird situations that make her seem quite rude in some moments, followed by quite friendly in others. This has caused problems in terms of cooperation with others during some missions, valuing her own life over others in tense situations. The mountain of goals she brings makes her quite the expressionist in many cases, at least when it comes to the study of magic. Rarely finding time to actually learn. She also finds pride in her accomplishments.. sometimes too much. [/b]
Backstory: Nez'zar's story starts in the province of Elsweyr. Although, she doesn't remember much about this part of her life as her family travelled around much. Her family belonging to a caravan of traders who would bring goods across Tamriel. What she remembers as a kid of the homeland was the dry plains that they travelled across. For living on the road her family seemed quite well off. Making enough gold from their travels to support themselves, but not enough to sport any luxury. Nez started out as a curious Khajiit, often being the only sibling willing to help their parents set up as she loved to examine the curious oddities and goods her family sold. From this she learned how to write and draw, recording much of her knowledge in a journal her mother had given her, a special enchanted stationary with what seemed like endless pages.
It was at the age of eight that she discovered her true passion. While traveling through Valenwood was her first exposure to the world of magic. A mage browsing their wares for various tomes and other similar goods, who was generous enough to indulge her curiosities. Perhaps he thought he would recieve a discount from satisfying the young kitten. Through a small discussion he taught her what would be the first spell that would escape her lips, magelight. A simple spell, only causing a light to appear at the casters will. While small, it meant the world to her. She was hooked, and from that point on she found herself enamored with the various tomes that the family sold. Often copying the contents into her own journal for later study before being sold off to various people.
At a young age however, self teaching was almost impossible. While many spells worked out quite well for the young thaumaturge, they would not give any consequence. For the most part, her parents had forbid her from casting the more dangerous spells, opting her to learn the simple and mundane. The girl didn't help her cause, finding ways to bring a bit of silliness or comedy to her spell-casts, appearing as a simple magician gimmick similar to a flipped card or hidden ace. It quickly became apparent to her mother that the young khajiit needed to learn more than just skills, in fact she needed to learn many things other than stuffing her muzzle in a book.
That night was the first night of her training. Her parents spending the remaining hours of sunlight in the caravan to teach their young litter how to fight. While both were quite skilled merchants, they both operated as excellent thieves. In fact, it shed light upon most of the families almost abundant supply, as well as the mysterious moon sugar drink they were not allowed to touch. She took to the dagger quite slowly, although learned its use in time. Where she excelled in was stealth, as well as her ability to sweet talk. Though, this was no challenge knowing her mother. The resourcefulness and willing to learn giving her the nickname "Goal digger" from her father. She would always remember the first item she stole, remembering the encounter as if an hour ago. The target being none other than another lover of the magick. Her tongue gripping at the ears of the wood elf as she talked her way toward his goods, finding the right opportunity and slipping away a golden amulet right off of his shelf. The amulet depicting a sun. The merchant had earlier described it as a necklace of prosperity and health, giving the khajiit ideas of restoration magicks.
Life on the road wasn't the kindest to a child, finding most of her friendship within her family and her siblings, at least she would like to think that. Her childhood and life into adulthood consisted of a lot of mischief, becoming what she considered the best silvertongue in her family. This would bring her into her early adult years. In which she had begun to take on mercenary missions in towns where the family caravan stopped. It soon became apparent to her that the caravan life was outgrowing her tastes, and she needed more. She had heard of a mages guild, which might give her the chance to finally learn the magic she wanted. After a bit of convincing, she decided to spread her wings and leave her aging parents, who despite being suspicious of her goals... still supported their daughter.
Getting to the mages guild wasn't the easiest road, as she found that the nomadic mercenary life wasn't what she expected. Life upon her own began to show her the horrors of the world she lived in, and yet she longed to find ways to make it better. Her travels brought her into Hammerfell on a road to the headquarters of the Mages Guild in High Rock. She found herself finding more reasons to steal every day, eventually gaining a rep a high selling thief at the local fencers in the towns she travelled through. This would lead her to encounters with the thieves guild, and eventually becoming a member.
This leads her to now.
The adult Khajiit is on a journey across Tamriel to learn more of the magicka that fascinated all her life. To hone her craft of trickery and exploitation, something she still quite enjoys. She might even make a few friends e way.[/b][/color]
