Auridon was beautiful. Prettier than he remembered it to be. The blind woman had been dropped off in Skywatch and now.. Glooras was left to wander by himself. His traveling would lead him to find the forest near Shattered Grove. He honestly had no idea where he even was. Just knew that he was enjoying the wandering. He'd step around some trees, and would find himself under a rocky outcropping.. And that's when scent hit him.. Something rotting.. Gloo would wrinkle his nose, a hand coming up to cover his nose and mouth.

He'd find himself soon enough, standing over a campsite.. More specifically, one with a corpse and a blanket draped over it. And old blood stains. He'd inch closer, knocking the blanket back. The moment the blanket fell away, he'd find himself staring in complete shock. Callio.. He was staring at Callio.. His younger brother. Or what was left of him. Nature had clearly been at work here.

"It.. It can't be... You died years ago.."

So many emotions flooded at once. Anger, sadness, and.. confusion. With shock just all neatly wrapped together. He'd move closer, making sure. Sure enough, it was indeed his brother. He wanted to say that it was a slit throat that killed him. But that wasn't it.. There were stab wounds in other locations. But the throat wound was the worst. It looked like it nearly severed his head from his body. He'd kneel down, looking over the wounds. From what he could see, he'd draw one conclusion to it all..

"It finally caught up with you.. Callio, you idiot.."

It was murmured. Despite all the fights with his brother in the past, there was sadness there. He'd stand, moving just a bit from the camp. His mind made up. He may have hated Callio, but he wasn't about to just.. leave the body this way. He'd start to dig a hole. It took him a bit to dig it. Working by hand mostly. Only pausing once, to get a rock to aid in the digging. When he finished, he'd climb out and move to the body. There was a heavy sigh, before he'd kneel once more and awkwardly move the body onto the blanket. Careful not to knock the head free. And would then drag the blanket to the edge of the hole.

There was no easy way for him to do this. Not alone. He'd bite his lower lip in thought, before frowning. There was one way to do this that he could think of.. So he'd just do it. He'd push the blanket and all, into the hole. There was a brief muttering of 'rest in peace' in Bosmeri before he'd begin to fill in the hole. It took him a few hours to accomplish this.

It'd be just turning dark by the time he was done. When he finished, he'd flop onto his rear. Dirty and tired, he just stared at the now filled in, hole. There were many thoughts that went through his mind. So many thoughts... Memories of the past, threats he had made, things that had happened.. And now.. the emotions he felt to all that he had found.. as he stared at where his brother now rested. Part of him, was kicking himself.

It took him awhile, before he'd find the will to even want to move. He'd bring himself to his feet and head in the direction of the beach. Just wanting to get cleaned up. And to set up camp. Anywhere that wasn't near that spot was fine by him. Unable to bring himself to want to stay there.
