Preparation
We've done it! Sort of. After months of searching through books and tomes, reading the same stories over and over, and asking around in Rawl'kha, we've got a few places where this Desert Moonflower may be - if it's not just some figurative thing, of course. This is suppose to be a spiritual journey, though, so if it is, I just hope I learn something.
I've started looking over maps of Elsweyr, marking down places that the moonflowers might be. Don't know exact places, so I will have to ask around. So far, there are three areas; one near Riverhold, one near Rimmen, and one supposedly a bit far from Orcrest.
I'll first travel to Riverhold, not only to ask the local clans about the moonflowers, but also because I have a friend that lives there, who I miss dearly. Then I'll go to Rimmen, I think it's closer. And then to Orcrest. Of course, I will have to stop at many locations to see and to learn. Perhaps I'll go to a Two Moons Temple and learn how to fight with claws and fist? Or a library to learn the history of our people? So many opportunities, I simply can't pass up the chance!
Sara and I will still need time to prepare. Gather our supplies, train, prepare ourselves for what may come. Luckily, this one has recently acquired a horse - the only problem is figuring out how to sneak it off the island. But it should provide easier and fast travel through the harsh desert.
I pray that Rajhin's shadows watch over this one during her travels.
