Personality: Tala is exceedingly kind, compassionate, and a little bit flirty. A devout Maran (she's the Goddess of the Hearth and Agriculture too, ya know), her first and foremost concern and care is for the animals of Tamriel, paying particular attention to beasts of burden. An innate animal empath, it's likely she'd prefer to talk to your horse than occupy a spot at the bar.

Strengths: Her animal empathy is innate and very strong, and she is well skilled in both magical and traditional applications of healing. Due to her work and training, she is stronger than she looks.

Background: Born and raised in the modest estate of a minor Altmer Kinlord, Tala was blessed with a comfortable childhood, two loving parents, and access to a "proper" education thanks to the proclivities of their Kinlord. Her parents had met and courted as staff of the estate, her father the Chief Groom and Ferrier and her mother the Chief Cook. As she grew, Tala's innate abilities began to shine through, often caught in her father's stable talking to the horses. Seeing her promise, the Kinlord arranged for a proper tutor for the girl, ensuring her acceptance to the Queen's College Veterinary School once she came of age. Her time in the city of Skywatch and College further cemented her adoration of the Altmer and their culture, even if many of her classmates looked down their nose at the friendly Bosmer with the antlers. Having graduated with honors, much to the dismay of some of her "superior" classmates, she found that, as a Bosmer, she had a harder time finding a permanent position as an estate veterinarian at any of the Kinhouses in Auridon. Having caught a bit of wanderlust, Tala decided to prove herself and, changing focus, set out to travel the Queen's lands, town to town and village to village, plying her trade as a traveling veterinarian. She found that many places could not afford to keep a veterinarian on staff and were very happy to see one come through, especially one happy to barter services in exchange for a bed and a meal. Over the years, she'd travel from Summerset to the Dominion camps of Cyrodiil, serving the loftiest Kinhouses to the most far-flung stables. Her travels now have brought her back to Auridon, checking in on her parents and looking for her next client.
