Physical Description: Average height with abnormally gray fur, a long tail, with no hair and earrings that dangle from both of his erect ears. His face is outlined by a golden tattoo that goes around his eyes. When smiling he has saber-like fangs and his eyes are very catlike with a red hue. *He typically does not smile* He has an athletic build and can be seen with an eye-patch over his left eye due to an injury he received earlier in his life.
Personality: Can be seen as quiet and serious. He is someone who gets right down to business. He has great patience, but once he loses patience, his anger becomes hard to control. He is not the most honest and will be manipulative to accomplish his goals.
Abilities: Able to see in the dark, stronger than the average Khajit due to vampirism (not super strength), Very agile, Great cook and moon sugar refiner. Currently does not Age.
Likes: Enjoys gold and treasures, Is in love with shiny objects. Loves a good adventure that tests his lock picking skills
Dislikes: Fire, water and Werewolves. Those with low confidence and failures.

Background: Sinbar was the youngest son of Cane Grass farmers in South Elsweyr. He grew up poor and was worked hard on the fields. His family was always on the move and with his father and older siblings using the cane grass to refine moon sugar, they were never able to stay in one place. One cold night, Sinbar's camp was raided by bandits along with a howling beast. He watched the beast tear through his camp and murder his siblings and father in cold blood. Sinbar hid near barrels of moon sugar dust to help mask his scent as he watch the horror. After the long bloody night, he stood there in shock as another bystander in dark robes eyed him down. The stranger offered his hand to Sinbar and asked if he'd like vengeance and power. Sinbar, being blind with hatred with take up his offer and would them learn that he would be cursed for the rest of his life until he found the beast that murdered his family. The stranger would bite Sinbar on the neck, causing his dark fur to turn gray and his teeth to become sharp like a saber. His eyes would turn dark red and he vowed to walk the rest of his days to be cursed as a vampire to find the howling beast.
