Being an officer in this guild is not an achievement or title. It is an ongoing responsibility. We ask a more than most guilds in ESO do. All ranks are OOC and completely separate from Roleplay.




We maintain a large and complex guild that requires a lot of help to run in different areas. Each Senior Officer leads a department of Officers to assist in their responsibilities. All officers are welcome to swap roles but must let the GM know first.

Senior Officer: Grand Scribe
Officer: Scribe Officer

• Compile guild story accounts in to this threador write them and send them to the Grand Scribe.
• Publish a recap of guild IC and OOC happenings once a week in the News forum. It should be short and to the point.
• Send out a Newsletter using the in-game mail system to every member using the Guild Tools addon. It has to be very clear and concise because the game mail cannot hold much text.
• Take notes of the officer meetings and post them on the officer forums as a global announcement.

Senior Officer: Roster Master

• Oversee character sheet promotions. Final say on Trial Member to Full Member promotions.
• Remove trial members that have not done their character sheet within 14 days. Mail members as to why they were removed.
• Keep the roster up to date, in game and in the website.

Senior Officer: Grand Storyteller
Officer: Roleplay Officer

• Make sure RP is going on outside of events.
• Start parallel storylines in the forums and ingame.
• Advertise to the guild when Roleplay is happening.
• Involve new member characters in Roleplay and promote new storylines.
• Help members learn how to Roleplay if they are new to it or not doing well.
• Help create and organize Main Story Guild Events.

Senior Officer: Ambassador

• Make sure we are recruiting new members.
• Aprove and process new member applications.
• Promote the guild outside of the game. ESO forums, community forums, Facebook page and any other social media.
• Deal with other RP guilds.
• Creating a list of partner guilds and keeping it updated. The list is supposed to contain information regarding the friend-guild's style of RP and rules and code of conduct in said guild's hub.

Senior Officer: Master of Coin
Officer: Commerce Officer

• Make sure we always have a guild vendor.
• Compile and update a list with common items and their price in Tamriel Market.
• Help out with the Auction (Saturday, from 9pm EST until the Auction ends).
• Make and promote the weekly raffle.
• Organizing the guild bank.
• Make sure guild bank is being used properly (take one leave one system)
• Coming up with ways to make profit for the guild.

Senior Officers: Adviser and Chancellor

• Maintain the website.
• Ensure that there are enough Officers in each department.
• Present new ideas to Senior Officers for debate.
• Make the weekly officer meeting productive.
• Promote Officers to Senior Officers.
• Keep everyone informed of guild changes.
• Take notes of problems, complaints and issues regarding the administration and send them to the Guild Master.
• Keeping drama and chaos to a minimum when the GM is absent.
• Overseeing that the Rules of Conduct are being met.

Every officer should do the following regardless of which department they belong to.

- Help Members
Officers must keep guild chat open at all times to assist members. Please help members find RP through guild chat by advertising that Roleplay is happening ever so often.

- Moderate & Defuse
Make every attempt to keep drama from spreading. Handle matters with only those members involved and speak about them only to other Officers. Remember that your actions represent all of us.
Do not allow offensive remarks, explicit sexual RP / chat, and WTS / WTB in guild chat. Keep an eye on Teamspeak.

- Remove Bad Members
Post a thread in the Feedback & Complaints forum about an incident so everyone is informed.
If an issue is severe and requires immediate action, get a vote from all online Officers using in-game officer chat to remove a member.

- Be Neutral
We try to serve every alignment, every player alike, making this a safe and fun environment where everyone can live the type of story they want. To ensure that our Officers and Senior Officers are being neutral, it is required that those who have leadership in other RP guilds tell it so to the GM, as we know not every guild is the same and some have different interests and approaches than ours. Senior Officers and Officers that fail to do so are to be demoted to full-members.

- Remain Active
If you stop playing ESO or contributing to the guild, you will be made a Full Member again. Do not take this personally.

• All Senior Officers hold the power to make administrative decisions in their Departments.
