Gata's to do list.

This is what I currently do/plan on doing...

Daily chores:

-Moderating the forums: I usually check the new threads and old ones, see if there is anything closed that needs to be moved to "Closed Threads" or if the labels/forum the post is in is correct and correcting those if needed (like adding the "Faction BB" label or "NSFW".(Note that I do not edit the content of the thread unless the member has requested me to. If there is need for editing, I simply inform the member and let them do it themselves. In other words: I only add tags and move the threads around)
-Bringing up topics and members concerns with the officer team.
-Troubleshooting the forums when needed
-Helping out members when needed.
-Reading the forums and checking out the member's skills, approaching them regarding officership when appropriate.


Weekly chores:

-Creation of the Screenshot Contest thread and the Caption Contest.
-Adding the latest event summary in the "News" forum on the day of the events.
-Being amazing.
-Asking for help in coming up with Newsletter body (usually just copy paste what ice eye sends me ><)

I'll be editing this thread as more things come to my mind lol just woke up, can't really think that much.

With the current status of my internet Due to the summer storms, i have Been taking too many breaks. Omg. Seriously, not even the phone is working anymore.

Added role-specific tags to the mages faction, also added tags for s'ren-ja council members. expecting feedback on them, hoping people like them

I can make role-specific for the factions that put rosters up

Addressed some points from the officer's meeting. (review meetings, officer awards, nominees for member of the week)
addressed the officer guidelines discussion
fixed label grouping in stories forum

Sent message to all Officers and Senior Officers.

Content of the message:
Please check on this thread and reply it with your ideas/concerns!

- Changed title for the thread
- Revised some character sheets
- Went to the doctor's, gotta do more exams *cry*
- Added an automation to the website to tag members that have been absent for 30 or more days. It shall help the roster department do their job with the "Hey, are you alive?" mail.
- Tried solving issue with the applications, that are tagging all new members as "trial member expired"
