Because this is not the first meeting we've had in the last 4 days, we did not have a whole lot to talk about. The meeting was rather short. Topics discussed:

How to announce Gata's situation
-BloodSniper will be making a thread here on the forums about the situation, as well as linking two threads containing quick bios on myself and Hime, briefing members on who we are, so that they can make an informed decision when voting for their new GM.
-Lady Hime will be sending out mass in game mails about the situation and the voting.
-Elridge (I think?) will also be spamming guild chat about the situation and the voting.

Set up voting date
-Elridge will be opening a poll on the main site tomorrow directly after the announcements about Gata have been made. The two candidates (myself and Lady Hime) will be listed along with "abstain" as an option. The poll will run from some time tomorrow until the officer's meeting a week from now, on Tuesday, January 13th. The new GM, the winner of the poll, will be announced at said meeting.

Picking a new RP base
-Still looking at multiple options. See this thread for more details.

What to do with site contests
-They will be postponed until we determine the new GM.

Hope this helps! <3

Thank you for covering this. I started stream a bit early last night since the guild meeting pushed me pretty far back the night before.

Also, it seems that we'we've been using chat more than voice communication the last few meetings. Is there any reason we can't use officer chat in game?

No problem.

Ooo you're right. That's a great idea.
Though if it is easier for everyone I will hop on my mic. I'm just a but shy and not a whole lot of people were talking at first so I didn't set it up. >.>
