Elsy's Edits:
WHENEVER THERE IS A SITUATION THAT HAPPENS ESPECIALLY INVOLVING ARREST, YOU ARE TO FILL OUT A GUARD REPORT ON THE DESK OF LADY NIGHTWIND THREAD.
It has come to my attention there are confusions about who should report what. If you see misconduct tell a guard and if you are a guard file a report to Alijham's Clinic thread or, the more common choice, the Desk of Lady Nightwind. If something wrong happened they need to know, report it, whether or not you believe it has been, make sure it is. that is all.
Misconduct is when someone, such as a guard, does something against their code. One case of this was when Malyne was slapped by a guard with no given reason. Even if it turns out they did later give a reason for it it is better to report it than to not report it.
Think of it like ooc misconduct. You would want someone to know if someone did something they shouldnt have, even if someone may have already messaged the guildmaster. Same goes with IC misconduct. Tell the closest guard or put in a guard report if you are a guard. You can also directly tell a council member about problems if they are there ICly.
(this was a misconception had by a few people so I am clarifying it. if anything said is wrong please post on this thread the amendments)
