Who am I? (Not Jean Valjean)

Couldn't resist ripping off J'maaq's post title.

Some of you might know me from The Dominion Accord or TESO-RP, but I'm still very new to ESO. I'm not so new to RP, however. I've been involved with videogame RP on and off for about 10 years now. Most of my experience is in MUDs and forum RP, but I actually got hooked with the RP mods for Warcraft 3.

I've also played various MMOs in the past decade. I've sunk a great deal of time into stints in WoW, Neocron, EVE Online, and most recently, Rift. I've been in ESO for two weeks and am absolutely loving it so far. The vibrant RP community is a big plus for me, so I hope this guild helps me get my character more involved in the goings on.

I became addicted to Elder Scrolls lore in 2002. Morrowind is still my favorite game of all time, and I'm still in love with Skyrim. I own a physical copy of the Pocket Guide to the Empire (3rd edition), and I have a UESP search plugin installed for Firefox. I'm really excited to jump into the Second Era and see what sort of adventures we can conjure up against the rich backdrop of Tamriel.

In addition to UESP I'd also recommend the Imperial Library. It's a searchable database of all game books from Morrowind to Online, including the Loremaster's Archive.

It's nice to meet you! Our rp hub is in Vulkwasten tavern, there is usually at least one person online who wants to rp. As stated above, just ask in guild chat. Usually peek rp hours are 9pm-12am EST, but it varies night to night.
As with Elsy, I also have to recommend the Imperial Library for some tasty lore goodies.
Baelinor's voice makes me happy. I'm going to read everything he says in that lovely Fargoth voice.

The Imperial Library is great, but I might be the odd man out in that I do enjoy reading the books ingame. In all the TES games I would comb every container for a book I didn't have already, then horde them all in my home(s). If you ask me, one of the best things to do in the games is to "unwind" after a long quest, go home, open up the book chest and crack open that dusty tome you found deep in a Dwemer ruin.
