Background
(Going to leave out a lot of the details that I don't want uncovered until done through roleplay, but I'll lay down the general info of it all.)
Lucius was born in Cheydinhall. He grew up there till about the age of nine when he began moving around around northeastern Cyrodiil, even spending a year in Skyrim due to his father being in the Legion. At age 19 Lucius moved back to Cheydinhall. At age 20 he married and worked with his wife as an alchemist in Cheydinhall to make a modest and somewhat comfortable living. When the Daedra began pouring into Cyrodiil and the war started everything went to ruin, obviously. Lucius barely escaped the wreckage of Cheydinhall with his life alone. It was around this time he took up arms and began training as a Witch Hunter and has been doing so for the past few years, roaming the boarders of Skyrim, Cyrodiil and now settling into Aldmeri territory.
