Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
Ku'dos was born into the Dominion. He traveled to Cyrodill, specifically, to seek his helping thrust into protecting his loved ones, and to possibly find his biological father. Only by foot, and occasional ship did he travel. He had sworn he needed to fight to protect others, but he quickly learned that he did not need to fight to protect others.
Background
As any other Khajiit alike, Ku'dos was born and raised in Elswyer. By a loving mother, and father figure who he still looks up to.. from time to time.. He does not know his biological father, which doesn't bother him too much. His mother had sworn he went off to the war, and died there with honor-- unfortunately, that was just a story his mother had told him when he was young. Not a single Khajiit knew where his father had gone off to in the middle of his birth. But he still holds on to the thought of meeting his father.
Secluded from any sort of friendships growing up, he is adamant to make friends with anyone he can. He has yet to experience much, other than being abandoned by his father, which alone while being young caused him enough grief. It planted the constant self-loathing in him.
In his first year traveling to Cyrodill, he planned to serve in the war, but couldn't go through with the violence, and instead aided in his own way; talking. He hid himself as best as he could, following soldiers-- watching and waiting to step in. As many times as he attempted to stop the violence, it backfired more than he would like to tell you. For two years it haunted him-- rest turned into crying, and slight hysteria on a bad night. Now days? He would like to think this: He may not have stop a war, but he stopped certain death of his allies and enemies a handful of times, and that was good enough. To him, doing some good, is better than doing no good at all.
