Ja'Theris is a tall and muscular khajiit. He has dark grey fur, black leopard spots, black hair, and green eyes. His right ear has a pair of crescent moon earrings.

Ja'Theris is usually fairly quiet and often fiddling with some toy or another. He is more of a listener than a talker, and he likes to help people. He has a firm grasp of his abilities and knows when he is or isn't able to actually help. He prefers to tackle problems cautiously and carefully.

Ja'Theris is an explorer and dungeon delver. He finds scholars to hire him to search ruins, and he goes where the coin is. This has led him all over the world.
Background
Ja'Theris doesn't know where or when he was born. His earliest memories are of the khajiit village he was raised in. He was raised by the village as a whole, so he considers everyone in the village to be family.
Ja'Theris likes to explore. He got himself lost a few times when he was exploring the area around the village, so the person in charge of the village's safety decided to teach him to fend for himself. He quickly became a decent swordsman, and he learned how to take care of himself outside of the village.
Several years later, a travelling scholar stopped in the village to trade for supplies. The scholar was going into an old dwemer ruin, and he had several trinkets from previous expeditions to sell. Ja'Theris acquired one of these in exchange for acting as a guide, and thus began his interest in dwemer toys and constructs. He left the village a year after to seek out other places to explore.
His wanderings brought him to many places. He sought out scholars and mages that were researching the dwemer, and he sold his services as a guard and scout to get opportunities to find more dwemer trinkets. He never cared much for the larger machines. He prefers small toys, puzzles, and other oddities. He has tinkered with some of the smaller constructs, like dwarven spiders or spheres, but he doesn't understand any of the magic that goes into them.
