I do hope you have been enjoying your gifts, one of which I left personally. Watching you all squirm brings me great joy I haven't felt since the front row seat to the planmeld I have. But I digress.

I would like to clarify a few things becuase I know you all enjoy jumping to conclusions.

1) I am not one of those tools that are harmed by silver and mithrel.

Terath walks into the tavern in the morning with parchment and a quill. He sits down and writes out a note, his face showing a mixture of disappointment and sadness. When he finishes he walks out to the board and posts it.

He is considered very dangerous and is wanted dead or alive. Please see Terath for bounty details.

He looks at the notice with his jaw clenched for a moment before looking to the ground with a mournful expression. He turns and walks off.

A piece of paper is Tacked to the board it writes. "To the tavern management. Hire me. Love, Rasad."

*Gloo aproaches the notice board. For several moments, he just stares at a bit of leathery parchment, that he's holding firmly in his hands. As if contemplating on rather or not he really wants to do this. He fidgets with the parchment a moment before finally tacking it up and leaving. The direction he heads for is the Fighter's Guild hall.

The note reads.. *

"I am no good at asking for help.. But.. I have recently stumbled upon, um.. Something important to me. I won't go into details here. But I can't read it. Some parts are in bosmeri, that's not a big deal. It's the other parts that are in another language that are troubling me. If anyone can read ancient elven, or at least, I think it's that.. I'd really appreciate the help. Can find me in either the guild hall or the tavern.

Varelle stomps up to the board and slaps a notice on it A 1,000 drake bounty for Melane stormhawke! She is suspected of having Lycanthropy, bring her to Varelle Stormhawke ALIVE for questioning. An additional 1,000 drake bounty is being held for the wherabouts of Falen Stormhawke.

Seriduril scribbled onto the last notice, the handwriting sloppy.

A tan khajiit walks up to the notice board and pins a new notice before heading to the tavern.

"Feel like you are missing something in your life? Want to add a little sparkle? Seek out Vitani and browse through her jewelry and gems. She will be in the area for a few days and can be found in the Tall Trunk Tavern."

There is a new note on the board. It Reads. "Yes Am Perun." It is very sloppy.

Unaware of the recent happenings, Kasi would wander into town. She'd go right for the notice board. She'd sigh, tearing a sheet of paper from her journal. And tack it up on the board. She'd give a tired look around, before she heading for the tavern. The note simply reads...:

"Missing: Fats-Nine-Life-Eater.. Goes by Fats. Last seen leaving my home about a week ago. He left his mount and a senche cub behind. He was wearing a pinkish-purple pot on his head and a pink dress. If anyone has any information, please come find this one. Thank you.

A Bosmeri scout makes his way into Vulkwasten and posts 2 missing person signs to the notice board. The pictures would resemble the dead Bosmer woman and the dying Breton werewolf who were found in town. With a huff the scout takes off

Former Marshal Kashya Vulano is not to be served drinks for two days unless she apologizes to tavern staff and Rax for what she did last night. Bad day or not, pouring drinks on a person and on the floor as well as breaking glass and insulting the customers is not called for.

Passing back through town on her way home, she notices her post had been taken down. Grumbling, she pulls a copy from her bag, she'd been expecting it to last a few hours at least. She sticks the new one back up

Will be in the tavern later today. Just look for a khajiit with black fur and darker black spots.**

Don't go to the rose garden unless your in their 'it' club. I've been there more than once and can never fit in. Granted I get drunk beforehand due to the nature of the place but I digress. They're scam artists and probably scamming their innocent workers and customers too. Some of the attitudes seem fake and something about that place brings out the worst in others.

Petal approaches the noticeboard and angrily slaps on a notice, hammering it in with unnecessarily loud force

That's right folks, you heard it! It's finally here, the final commandment, the final salvation, and the last time you'll probably see his sorry mug again!

A strange man walks to the notice board, head fully covered and wearing red and sand colored robes. He posts a rolled paper against it using the red ribbon to tack it by. It reads. A Letter home from the garden of stone.

Friends and not friends of vulkwasten. Strange as it maybe I am doing just fine. A little sore but otherwise fine. Since none of you came with I stayed to retrain my body. I think I am enjoying being here more and more as time passes. I will return someday, when I do please understand if I am not the same man I was when I left. Until that time comes.

The clinic is currently off limits to any who are not clinic staff or guards. Current patients are not permitted visitors due to a guard related matter. The decision to execute Wraesha was not made lightly. A meeting was called amongst the Guard, involving Wraesha, herself, to deliberate. We considered her charges; the options on the table were banishment and execution.

We came to the decision that we cannot risk her causing more harm to others, either outside Vulkswasten or within it. The risk that she could involve more of Vulkswasten's citizens in her heinous crimes is too high; we could not let someone with such a long history of banishment-worthy crimes go free outside town.

She had a large debt with The Magpie Trading Company, the guard handed over custody of Wraesha to them, so she can pay off her debts. We are not aware of the location she was taken to, but would not have let them take her if we believed they would mistreat her.

Pending further notice the Khajiit Tsalazami is no longer allowed in the tavern due to repeated harassment towards both customers and employees. the bar staff now has the rights to decline Tsalazami entry and if she refuses those rights we will get a guard.

If Tsalazami apologizes publicly to the tavern and its customers, I will lift the ban. This notice takes affect immediately.

He subtlely glances over his shoulders and, seeing no one close by, quickly slips his claws under the edge of the poster and peels it off the board. Innocently humming a tune, he then non-chalantly strolls over to one of the nearby braziers lighting the pathway in town and, after a cautious glance around the area, throws the poster into the flame.

In these trying times, it is necessary that we all take time to reflect upon that which we hold most important in life, to give thanks for what we have been given, to seek solace from despair, and to bring healing to the afflicted.

All citizens are invited to attend and participate in a Moonrise Service, to be held Loredas evening at moons' first light [Saturday 2/24 @ 8pm EST]. Gather at the shrine just north of the large tree, where all present may bask in the light of the Two Moons, receive their gifts, hear the words they have for us, and have the burdens of body and soul made light.

Jode and Jone's faithful are highly encouraged to attend, though all citizens--regardless of culture--will be welcomed with open arms.
