Sakhtar has a primarily brown and tan fur coat, as well as green eyes. She's shorter than more khajiit but only slightly.
Due to a life style of little physical activity combined with a weakness for enjoying meals; she's not exactly what you could call, 'fit'.

Sakhtar tends to use deception in the few trade deals she gets. She's not a well-known merchant for it, but also rarely questions what she is selling due to her need for more sales. She's a bit short-sighted, and tends to use lies for sales, even when that lie is seen through, it will likely hinder her in future business sales.

Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
Sakhtar originally moved from Khenarthi's Roost to the Imperial City in efforts to gain great fortune. Her efforts to do such ended poorly when the Soul Burst took place. In her act of leaving, she had sold her home and other belongings that were too bulky to take with. Being forced to flee the once thriving city that had been converted into a battle-ground, she left behind everything she was able to get from the move. With nowhere else to go, she returned home. But one cannot simply undo their choices of the past, as such, she lives mostly as an opportunist, and has no stationary home. She's learned there is one good thing that has arrived from the war, sales. Craft materials tend to be a favorable source of coin. And the Dominion happily pays for such.

Background:
Sakhtar earned her title of Daro' when she became a decent merchant within the Imperial City. This was a short lived moment of prosperity for her however. Having left behind everything from her home of Khenarthi's Roost, she thought it was a good investment for the first few months as a merchant within Cyrodiil. The Soul Burst destroyed what she believed was her future. Being forced to leave the war-zone for fear of her own safety, she returned home in hopes to reacquire what she had left behind. Her hopes were quickly snuffed out due to being forced to leave most of her profits in her escape.
It was in her trip back to her home when she found herself being hit upside the head once more by fate. A werewolf attack on the paths she was using to return home rendered her afflicted with Lycanthropy, as well as in an even more sorry state. Her horse apparently had been the target, the rest of it, was a long, painful walk home; only aided by the use of chemical concoctions left over from her store.
Now, Sakhtar struggles to make a living as well as hiding the disease that plagues her. She likes to keep some pride in herself, which is why she puts in the effort to avoid requiring the aid of others. Still, while she avoids help from others, she'll happily swindle someone else in a trade deal if she thinks it will benefit herself. After all, she feels that the world and fate itself swindled her when she had the good life.
