Nalaaden is a young dunmer woman with a little more curvature than most other dark elves. She does not sport the usual angular and jutting brow, but instead has the face of a child. She is neither short nor tall for her race, standing at about 168 centimetres. She keeps her long hair in side braids and under a hood so as not to be spitting it out or pushing it out of her face while running about. She is well endowed with her curves, and has a very feminine, attractive outline. She likes to change her armor quite often, enjoying style and colour a little too much for her own good. Nalaaden is most often seen with her bow perched upon her back when hunting. She sometimes uses her daggers as well, but finds them rather unsightly.
Flairs: Nalaaden keeps herself very clean. She goes extra lengths to make sure her skin, clothing and armor is kept spotless. She has two piercings along with her ears: a septum and a vertical lip. She usually wears gold jewelry in them.
Personality
Nalaaden is quiet, a woman of few words. She only opens herself up to people she trusts or knows well. She always keeps a small copy of a random book in her pack, and likes to pull it out to read in her down time. She has a terrible weakness for sweets.
Nala is a little shy, but loves listening to people. She often hides her true emotions, afraid of judgement or rejection. Around people she trusts, she wears her heart on her sleeve.

Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
Nalaaden is more of a wanderer than anything, choosing not to take sides with any of the three factions in the war. She makes her way around every province, helping wherever and whoever she can. She chooses to remain unnoticed by most officials, helping civilians instead.

Nalaaden was born in Vvardenfell, a bastard child to a Sadras noble and his housemaid. The housemaid kept the news of her pregnancy a secret from both the nobleman and the rest of the house, but was eventually discovered with the growth of her belly. After her birth, her father didn't want her and her disgraced mother could not care for her, so she was left swaddled in a basket by a riverbank. A handwritten letter from her birth mother was tucked into the blankets.
A poor, older Dunmer man who had gone to the river to fish for his small family found her and brought her home to his Dunmeri wife and their twins, a young boy and girl. Nala grew up in this family, believing that they were truly related, even though her adoptive parents and siblings had white hair instead of her sleek black. Her mother taught her to read and write, and her father taught her to spar, hunt and fish. She often play-fought with her siblings, tumbling in the tall grass in front of their small home.
After Nala turned eighteen, she was more independent, now helping her father to gather food for the family along with her brother and sister. One night, she was rummaging through her father's chest to find her fishing gear when she came across the letter from her birth mother. She read it in tears, threw it to the floor in her parents' bedroom and ran out past her parents into the dark.
Her father followed her and found her at the riverbank she'd been left at, silently staring into the water. He quietly explained to her that he and his wife chose not to tell her so she'd feel as loved as her other two siblings. After a few quiet words between the two, Nalaaden embraced her foster father and went home with him. The rest of her family sat at their dining table. Her foster mother had prepared a large chunk of meat her brother had brought home. The scene of her family sitting at the warmly lit dinner table brought her to tears again, and she embraced her family once again. She promised to forever love and provide for them, making her mother sniffle.
From that time on, Nalaaden often travels far and wide, collecting and selling treasures, mastering crafts, and collecting gold to bring back to her family in Vvardenfell. She spends a week with them, and a week away. She loves her life the way it is, and wouldn't trade it for the world.
Nalaaden has yet to meet her true mother and father, but does not choose to chase the meetings of either.
She was afflicted with vampirism when her whole family was attacked by a pureblood. They were all turned.
