Motivations: Siseirus is fueled by three main desires, his first being he need to help others, putting other peoples best interest before his own, and often putting his own life on the line in doing so, Siseirus is selfless at best but very stubborn and hard to influence, giving him excellent leadership skills. Siseirus's second desire is knowledge, traveling the lands of Tamriel far and wide in search of wisdom and comprehension of what lies beyond his Village, this has caused Siseirus, like many others to take up the title of Scholar, keeping record of anything and everything he learns or comes across on his journeys. Last but not least, Siseirus's third desire is Wanderlust, never staying in one place for long, and always hurrying to one place after another in search of knowledge or souvenirs to take back home to his Village.

Morality: Siseirus is a friendly and selfless person, jumping to the opportunity to help others or do good, however Siseirus will often let his intense desire to finish what is started get ahead of him causing him to go great lengths to do whatever he sets his sights on, even if that means causing unintended harm. Siseirus all in all is interested in the better good of all things and hates to see or experience evil or malicious intent.

Likes: * Siseirus enjoys nature and wildlife, often found near animals or exploring the wilderness.
* Siseirus has a strong desire to help others, through mundane tasks, full blown quests, healing or his practiced dream-walking abilities,

* Siseirus is an excellent alchemist and Herbalist and loves all things to do with it.
* Siseirus is obsessed with Knowledge, reading any book he can get his hands on as well as traveling far and wide in search of it.
* One of the more important likes to note would be his grandiose interest in magic and rituals, having a natural infinity for it growing up.

Dislikes: * Siseirus dislikes ignorance, much preferring someone to know before speaking.
* Siseirus dislikes people with evil or ill-minded intent.
* Siseirus dislikes slavers and racism.
* Siseirus dislikes disloyalty and thievery, often looking at it as the line, and once crossed not giving the offender another chance.

Fears: * Siseirus fears failure, never being able to stomach letting someone down or failing a task or quest.
* Siseirus fears losing his connection to his Tribe and to the Hist, valuing it deeply and putting it before anything else.
* Siseirus fears anyone cursed with an affliction, believing Vampires and Werewolves to be bad luck and a life of damnation.

PARENTS-
(Although Siseirus, like most Saxheel did not have a typical relationship with his parents as most people do, They will be listed here as they contribute to some of the many journeys that make up Siseirus's history.)

Marzeen: Siseirus's Mother, Marzeen hadn't taken up a mate, never marrying within the Tribe, much rather focusing on competing in the yearly trials to be given the blessed and sacred opportunity to reproduce and help create the Tribes future members. Marzeen does not have a specific job within the tribe, belonging to a small class of Saxheel that are considered prime in Appearance, Health, and Structure, being considered very viable contestants in the yearly mating trials. Marzeen is tall and athletically built, colored with the shade of mud, with long fluffed green feathers sprouting from the top of her head and all the way down to the base of her neck. Her eyes are rounded in appearance and are blue, Marzeen is still alive today, located within the Tribe Village, soon to retire from producing offspring and set to move on to becoming one of the Village elders.

Sisteehei: Siseirus's Father, Sisteehei no longer resides within the Village, having left the Tribe's borders one day to make contact with another Tribe for trade and never coming back, taken by slavers is what the Tribe had suspected, only many years later to be found on Siseirus's travels through Tamriel, on the island of Bal Foyen, reunited after so long, however when Siserius invited Sisteehei back to the Village with him he ultimately declined, not wanting to leave the life he had made for himself on the island, valuing it so much more than his life he left behind when captured, and only to be released when the Ebonhart Pact was formed, he like many other Argonian took refuge on the Island and have been peaceful there ever since. Sisteehei is exceptionally tall, towering over most Argonians and even some of the larger races of Mer/Men. Sisteehei is also very lean and bright colored in appearance, seeming to almost radiate a very bright shade of blue through his skin. Sisteehei has dark eyes, almost black, and he has no visible feathers or spikes/bone coming from his face or head.

CLUTCH-

Madicus: Madicus is average in height, he is yellow colored with dark brown stripes all over his body, red slit like eyes, and a head full of spikes and narrow short feathers. Madicus was trained as a Warrior for the tribe, being very muscular in appearance. Madicus can be found within the Tribe's Village today as a full fledged warrior, protecting the Tribe from any danger.

Kasa: Kasa is average in height, very slim and weakly built, but makes up for it in intelligence and smarts, Kasa is a dark shade of green and also has dark green slit eyes, she is very skilled in Herbalism and Alchemy just as Siseirus is and is called one of the Tribes Master-Alchemists.

Eutaree (Deceased:) Eutaree is no longer in Tamriel today, and has moved back to the Hist, killed shortly after her naming day while being taught to hunt large beasts. Eutaree was of average height for her age, having just beginning to sprout feathers and horns, she was a shade of grey and had large rounded yellow eyes.

Deejeva: Deejeva is missing, much like Siseirus's father once was, she had been captured by slavers while she was just a child, having wandered from the Village borders when told not to, however even to this day has never been found again. Deejeva was quite short for her age, and very lizard-like in appearance, a very dark shade of brown, with black slit eyes.

Hatching: Siseirus was hatched in the month of Mid-Year, consisting mainly of a diet of worms, and leaves from the Hist tree until becoming old enough to first taste the Hist sap, becoming the sapient form you see today. Siseirus in his lizard non-sapient form was a purple shade with black ridges and lines along his tail and back, he also had white eyes.

Everything seems to be covered, however, I'd like to elaborate more on this dream walking. That's not something that is particularly lore friendly in regards to drinking hist sap and is rather overpowered in rp. It's something that is very specific to Vaermina and the means to create something that is extremely dangerous just isn't something that would be easily obtained. Referance: Dreamstride

What we can do is just discuss how you want to handle that if you are dead set on keeping it. We can work with you to figure something out.

As I said, most everything seems to be covered, just give a look at the Template and throw in some of the required fields that aren't covered: Template.

Mainly, just these babies:

Your ESO @name (Done deal)
Your character name (covered)
Your affliction (or lack thereof) ?
A physical description, screenshot, or art of your character (You got this)
A personality section (Nailed this)
Why your character is in the Dominion?
And a background section. (Covered all that fairly well)

Also, just wanna say, I absolutely love your layout.

Since this is pretty much 98% complete, I'm going to approve this, 2/13/2018

Hello! Yes, I have done quite a bit of research on Dreamwalking and vaermina, in the end I opted to bend lore a bit and have Siseirus have his own Dreamwalking origins, I do actually plan to incorporate vaermina into a short story revolving around why he can enter the dreamstride, but for now I am leaving it a bit bleak, my main concern was that in almost any source of lore on 'shamans' which is the type of character Siseirus is, they can usually always dreamwalk in one form or another, I do understand ESO is a bit different however I wanted to make everything work in a way that doesn't break lore and still allows me to have fun  as for the missing parts , I'll fix that right away!

Oh and in terms of being over powered, Siseirus is not a character who would be using the ability as a means of having an advantage. He uses it to heal and help others and I mainly use it as a interesting hook into many different to plots or settings, as for the hist sap allowing him to enter the dreamstride being not lore friendly, this is most likely just temporary for now, being that I wanted to incorporate the use of hist sap a bit more with Siseirus because he has been sapspeaker for his tribe for years.

Nah nothing you have really *breaks* lore, just stretches it a bit. However, scrying and seers are a thing in TES and a very real magic. Given how talented he is in alchemy and the research you yourself put it and have been willing to put in, I don't see why we can't somehow incorporate it through the shaman angle. As long as it isn't used as an insta fix to problems or something that is done in one two three, we can allow it. Everything in moderation and such, use judgment and all that.

Regarding the hist, hist sap is one hell of a drug to argonians in a spiritual sense. It ties them together in very deep ways lore wise, and given how vague and twisting argonian lore is TO BEGIN WITH, we can just say the hist has some sort of influence on it (Due to his connection to it), rather than being the main cause.

As long as you don't go overboard with it healing people, I trust you will be alright. Like I said, just use your judgement on the situations :)

Of course ! I don't plan on using it as a fix to any of his problems, more rather as a hook into interesting rp, for example in a private discord server I have with friends, I have a thread called the dreamstride where we just do cool little fun rp skits having to do with dreams or something psychological. And if at any point in rp I was talking about or using said ability and someone was uncomfortable I would be 100 percent stopping or fixing up whatever was said to work for everyone  I'm not about God modding or anything like that. But I appreciate you talking to me about it. I was actually really worried while creating my character that people would not like how I handled vaermina at all that which is why I do eventually plan to incorporate her into his story I just have not figured exactly how yet that will keep Siseirus connected to his tribe and hist and all that, cause most lore I find of vaermina depicts her as a crazy evil bitch, contradicting anything Siseirus would have to do with her considering he wants to help everyone. When I have some time I'll go through and add what I missed  also what is your discord name ? Just incase I have questions lol.

No, you don't come across as one, so no worries there. If you ever have any questions, the Officer team is almost always around in Discord or ingame to help you out with a hook or idea.

I'm @Raccoonism#1813 in Discord! Feel free to give any of us a poke if you need anything! :)
