1/20 Meeting To-Do List

-Welcome our two newest officers, @Frestion/Ainaon and @MajorFeels!
-Department Check-Ins (RP storylines, Auction & Raffle Info, New Members, Advertisements)
-Changes to RP guides (IC Rules/RP Format)--Anything else need to be added or revised?
-Auction Format (Raffle Timing & Balancing bids and refreshment sales)
-Guild Chat Issues/Inappropriate topics (What is appropriate? How to handle situation? System in place)
-Guild Chat/Member Arguments (When to intervene and how to handle the situation)
-MotW/Screenshot Contest/Caption Content
-New Poll (Any other important decision need to be decided?)

Want to specifiy "Changes to RP guides" to take a look at the 3 threads (IC Town Laws, RP Format, and Lore & RP) I've made so we can talk about if they work or not. Also, as a note, I cannot place these threads in our Welcome forum, because I'm not an admin.

Also I'd like to add
-Discuss Guard Captain, as Ali has privately contacted me telling me that Ali will be around more and he wishes to stay guard captain. Should we allow it? Have the arena anyways?

I dont yet know if I will be at tonight's meeting but in case Im not there Ill just give my opinion about a few things.

1. Welcome New officers!

2. I wrote my weekly report on Commerce, everything should be there for the check in.

3. Read it quickly through but looks good.

4. For the raffle timing / when it is done, I am in favor of doing it either in /e during the auction or in /g(1-5 depending on what guild number BSR is for you) during the auction as well. For the rest, I think a forum discussion may be best unless anyone already has concrete ideas but other than that, Im welcome to ideas and I think a forum thread is suited best for now, maybe talk about it next meeting.

5 and 6 I dont have any concrete opinions on atm. As for what is appropriate is think PG13ish.

7. Motw, I would nominate @Frestion and proceed to vote for @Frestion. Screenshot contest, maybe something like fishing, a screenshot of horse riding in the most hilarious places, or trees (dont ask me why I came up with that, but well trees).

8. New poll, perhaps ask the guild if they would prefer the auction had restrictions on items sent in ( to make sure the item(s) quality/ worth is good enough for the auction and that it would actually sell ) or no restrictions like we have been doing now, however many items end up not being sold (as we prioritize items we know will sell and those that will sell for more).

9. Guard Captain, I would not mind Ali being the guard captain if Ali shows that she will be available to do the role. Other than that, if Ali remains captain, the arena can still be held to determine either a new guard/guard lieutenant or some form of champion (of something/somewhere or what not).

Just a quick brief thing of my thoughts/opinions on today's meeting.
