Physical Description
Elia is a large female Khajiit with a strongly figured body, dark green eyes and light fur with typical tiger paterns. Her hairstyle and facial features (like earings) give her a very young and rebellian like look. The armour she waers seems always polished as she takes alot of care to her equipment. Surely there is one or the other scratch in her armour, thats what it actually is there for. She switches her outfit from time to time as the wearn armour is getting used pretty quickly.
Flairs: Elia has a missing tooth in the back of her mouth and she wears a toering.

Elia is a very calm Person thats analyse every situation carefully and choose her decissions based for the goods of others. She takes her time to get things done but is also there when necessary. Nothing is to dangerous for her and she dosnt mind to make her hands dirty. However, in her free time, she spends alot of time to take care of her equiüment or listening to the problems of her surroundings. If someone needs help, she is probably there. She loves to relax from time to time by meditating but she also does that when she is sad or got some serious problems where she is still searching for a solution for. She is honest and follows the law, but sometimes she thinks the law is to strictly, Her kindness sometimes brings her into trouble when as example she protects a thief child that actually hungers.
Background
Born at the waxing moon of Masser (Nirn's larger Moon) and a Secunda full moon (Nirn's smaller Moon), Elia turns out to be a Cathay. She raised up in Longhaven (Between Greenheart and Woodhearth) - (Valenwood) and learned quickly to survive in the wilderness of Valenwood. In young years, she played with the local kids in the nearby Shademist Moors very often, even when it was forbidden for the kids to go there... But thats why they where kids. However, Elia learned her lesson as one of her closest friend died in the Moors by the attack of a Werebat. Her friend was captured and never seen again.

With the age of 8 years, she was send by her parents to Woodhearth to life a life as a Templar. She learned to get used to Magicka, especially into healing. Her talent in healing magicka was significant and she quickly learned to control it. Pretty soon she was also send to expeditions and became a excellent student. With the age of 18 she finally finished her exam and became a traveller. She would had alot of possibilitys in Woodhearth as a Guardian or in the Fighters Guild. But she decided to travel the world, helping people her own way and dont bind herself yet.
Religion: Elia belives in the great Mother Cat Mara, as she was teached while she studyed the power of magicka of healing. Most of the times but not always when she meditates, she actually prays to Mara. Belivers of Mara are only intolerance to those that show intolerance and they hate only those who hate. Alle creatures are children of Mara.

Rumors: Some people say that she lifed a criminal life and something turned her now 180° to a good person. The rumors reach from simple thieving to murdering.
Currently:
Elia has found a reason to settle down at Vulkwasten. She gots very close with Leilanath Horathi, a 1 year younger Bosmer and is in a happy Relationship with her. Leilanath (short Leila), grants her a roof over the Khajiits head and a love that she wasnt even able to think of.
She also was able to find a job at the local Towns Guard so she is still able to help those that are in need of help. Recruited by Tigrus Al'Bashir, the Major of the Towns Guard was warmly welcoming her.
If someone is looking for Elia, she will be often founded patroling in Vulkwasten or at the Tavern. However she gots promoted to be a Inspector, which was her personal wish. She is actually try to get track of all the ongoing cases of the Towns Guard.
